1.) How Do I order a Product from your website?
To order a product, You may fill-up the order form from http://wellnessdepotph.net/order_form.html
or you may send in an SMS to 09175724244 with your Name, Address, Mode of Payment, Date of Payment, Product and Product Quantity.
You may also checkout the product by clicking on the button at the bottom of each product page.
A paypal account is required to do so. You will automatically be prompted to the paypal homepage during checkout. You may also click to register for a paypal account now.

2.) Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we do accept credit card payments online. You need to register for a Paypal account prior to checking out a product from our website. Note that you will also need to contact us thru our text hotline to verify if an item is available prior to payment online.

3.) When and how do you ship orders?
We shipout orders same day as payment as long as payment was made before our cutoff of 4:00pm on weekdays or 12noon on weekends. Cutoff may change during holidays or natural disasters.
For Provincial orders, we ship thru LBC. An additional 150 fee is required for shipping. For Metro Manila ordes, you may opt to do COD or Cash on Delivery where a 150 fee is also required.
An LBC tracking number will be provided at the end of the day between 7pm to 8pm. You may call LBC or track your order online at www.lbcexpress.com around 12midnight onwards (once package has already been accepted at the central LBC hub in Pasay).

5.) How do I request for COD or Cash on Delivery?
Cash on delivery is only available in Metro Manila (with the exception of some areas North of Metro Manila). An additional fee of 150pesos is required to do so. This charge is waived for multiple orders. Please note that meet-ups are considered deliveries.
We normally deliver next day from when an order form was placed or same day if order was placed before normal dispatch hours of 8am to 9am.
We have a regular route that we follow daily: 10am-12nn in Makati/Pasay/Manila/Bicutan/Taguig/Las Pinas/Alabang areas; 1pm-3pm in Mandaluyong/Cubao/Shaw/Pasig/Marikina/Cainta/Taytay areas; and 3pm to 5pm in Quezon City/Malabon/Valenzuela/Navotas areas. Schedule may change on a daily basis depending on volume of deliveries. During Saturdays or Sundays, we may do special COD requests in Cavite (only in Bacoor or Imus) or Laguna (only in Santa Rosa or San Pedro) with a 200peso charge (may be free for multiple orders).

6.) Do you do meet-ups?
Some customers prefer meet-ups, so yes, we do meet-ups. We do meet-ups anywhere in Metro Manila (with some exceptions North of Metro Manila). Again, meet-ups are considered Cash on Delivery, so a 150peso fee is required to do so.
We have a regular route that we follow daily: 10am-12nn in Makati/Pasay/Manila/Bicutan/Taguig/Las Pinas/Alabang areas; 1pm-3pm in Mandaluyong/Cubao/Shaw/Pasig/Marikina/Cainta/Taytay areas; and 3pm to 5pm in Quezon City/Malabon/Valenzuela/Navotas areas. Schedule may change on a daily basis depending on volume of deliveries. During Saturdays or Sundays, we may do special meet-up/COD request in Cavite (only in Bacoor or Imus) or Laguna (only in Santa Rosa or San Pedro) with a 200peso charge (may be free for multiple orders).

7.) Are your products authentic?
Yes. You may email to verify with manufacturers abroad to check if we are authorized resellers (Pacific Naturals, Revitol, Pillsexpert, etc). Each product also has a lot number that may be traced back to the manufacturer.

8.) Do you offer Money-back guarantee?
No, we dont. We are resellers so we have costs incurred (shipping, customs tax, etc) in importing these products.
For those who prefer money-back guarantees, please order direct from the website of the product you are interested in.
